如何应用呢？不断重复某个群体的痛苦经历引起共鸣，提供这个人群认可的解决方案（无论能否解决问题本身）变现完成。
痛苦变现的前期准备
选定人群：
这里以女性为目标人群，互联网中女性比男性更加乐于表达和分享、以及感性消费，有助于出爆款内容。
挖掘痛苦：
年龄焦虑、身材焦虑、生育恐惧、婚姻恐惧、情感问题等等，去女性情感大V主页挖掘即可。
确定产品：
