如上图所示，这是我在头条上找到的两个对标账号，左边的坚持日更，效果还不错，平均播放量不算低了，我们做中视频就是奔着播放量去的，右边这个更新得就比较杂了，美女类，按摩类，瑜伽类都在更新，而且也没坚持日更，所以播放量较低。

操作任何项目也都是遵循二八定律的，有做得好的就必定有做得不好的，所以我们操作之前就先要多找对标账号，多观察，就比如案例中的这个，多坚持日更，垂直只发一种类目，效果就比泛而杂的好。

具体怎么操作呢，以油管为例，我们不要直接去搜索中文词汇，前面说过了，很多人会把我们头条B站的视频搬过去，中文词汇搜出来的基本上都是被搬过去的视频，我们再搬过来就不是原创了。

我们先用翻译软件，先把我们要搜索的词翻译成外语，最好也不要翻译成英文，因为英文比较大众，如果有很多人都在操作这个项目的话，大概率别人用过搜索后的素材了，所以我们可以选择一些小众点的语言，比如上图我翻译成韩文去搜索，搜索出来的可能就是韩国人上传的视频了。
