他的账号是跑步运动类型的，目前粉丝4.6万，定位变现方式主要是直播卖运动类产品。粉丝来源主要是靠投抖+平台给流量来的，大部分都是泛粉。所以直播的时候，直播间也没什么流量，还是需要不断投抖+，才有一点流量。但下单的客户依然寥寥无几，目前账号运营的状态还是亏损的。
他跟我讲完他的运营情况，我一下子不知道说什么，只是觉得，兄弟你真牛!一上来就挑战最难的!继续按照你目前的模式做可不可以?可以，但你要做好继续烧钱的准备，你现在每个月烧这1万多可能只是刚入门!
先说直播，然后再说他的视频。
抖音上每天直播的人具体多少我没有数据，但绝对是成千上万!不投钱推广，平台根本不会给你多少流量，首先推广这一关，就很有考验，论烧钱，你拼得过资金雄厚的其他玩家吗?
其次，投了钱推广，即使流量来了，主播还是要想办法把用户留在直播间，才有机会成交!现在的人浮躁得很，你只要三秒不“脱裤子”快速吸引用户的眼球，用户就会直接划走!主播本身的人设如果没有点“明星”光环，直播的时候也没两把刷子，能留住客户吗?
主播本身的人设光环很重要，别人下单一个是因为有这方面的产品需求，第二个是冲着主播这个人。不然为什么以前的传统广告，非得花大价钱请明星来拍广告而不是随便情个人来拍?
如果主播口才不是非常了得，或者非常幽默、又或者非常有才华和特色，是很难在直播间快速建立有影响力和吸引力的人设的。那么就只能通过平时编辑好上传的视频，日积月累来建立人设。
看了一下他这个抖音号，视频展现形式大部分都是一个女生跑步的场景+一段背景音乐，没有主题，没有故事情节。既缺乏新鲜感又没有什么趣味性，更没有特别吸引人的地方。这类视频想要爆我认为是比较难的，除非花钱推广!确实他也推广了，前前后后已经投入了好几万块钱，但是目前的收益还是很少。
用心点去观察别人爆了的视频就会发现，人家的视频之所以能爆，要么是主题明确，故事情节精彩!要么是很幽默搞笑!要么是很有争议性能引起别人的激烈讨论，要么是很感人等等!
其实视频也可以抄
经常刷抖音应该也会见到过一些这样的现象，视频号主直接拿别人爆了的视频文案一字不改，只是换个人拍，播放量一样也不差，有得甚至比原创的视频还火!虽说天下文章一般抄!其实天下视频也是一样抄!
他说他的账号定位是跑步运动类的视频，带货也是跑步运动类的产品，如果模仿别人拍的视频虽然可以吸粉，但视频定位可能就会被打乱，对于带货跑步运动类的产品可能会受到影响。这么一说好像也挺有道理啊!但是!我并不是叫你直接模仿翻拍别人的视频啊!而是要提取别人的关键内容，植入到自己的跑步运动类视频!
先多自己问几个问题：
我的视频是否可以植入情感内容?
是否可以植入正能量内容?
是否可以植入感人的内容?
是否可以植入有争议性的内容?
….等等
然后去平台找50个这类型的视频号主，多看多思考，看到好的内容收藏起来反复观看，反复揣摩!思考视频里的故事情节，吸引人的点能否借鉴植入到自己的跑步运动类账号!
举例：
以这个视频为例，城中村的摩的佬每天蹲点接送一个打工妹上下班。
久而久之，摩的佬和打工妹越来越熟悉，越来越有默契，于是摩的佬慢慢爱上了打工妹。
终于有一天，摩的佬决定鼓起勇气想跟打工妹表白。
然而打工妹看穿了摩的佬的心思，下班并没有如期出现。
最后，摩的佬不小心发现打工妹居然已经有男朋友了，并且还是打工妹的房东!原来一切都只是摩的佬自己一厢情愿。
这类型的狗血故事情节是不是可以借鉴植入到跑步运动类的视频?
比如：
屌丝(穿着或者发型屌丝)男主在跑步的时候，前面有一个美女突然崴了脚，屌丝男主角见状马上跑过去帮忙扶美女走到旁边查看伤势，然后陪美女去医院看医生。全程美女都没有拒绝屌丝男主的帮助，从那以后屌丝男主每次跑步遇到美女时，美女都很主动热情跟他打招呼。
屌丝男主和美女也慢慢地熟悉默契起来，美女跑完步大汗淋漓的时候，屌丝男主贴心地递上纸巾，或者适时地递上一瓶解渴的矿泉水，美女都没有拒绝。
屌丝男主慢慢地爱上了美女，终于有一天，屌丝男主决定鼓起勇气打算跟美女表白，专门打扮一番买好花去他们经常跑步的地方等美女出现时，居然发现美女和另外一个帅哥在一起，屌丝男主生气地过去质问美女旁边的男人是谁?原来旁边的帅哥是美女的男朋友，只是前段时间在外地出差了大半年……
这个故事情节也许不是最好的，但完全是可以模仿借鉴+改造植入到自己领域里的视频，当然具体细节肯定还需要再不断打磨推敲。做好了这些，拍出来的视频就是你的原创!通过大量提取翻拍别人火的视频，打造具有影响力或者吸引力的人设来吸引粉丝，有了人设的光环，直播间的流量以及下单量才有可能会得到比较好的提升。
这里主要是提供思维上的启发，栗子也只是拿一个情感领域来说。其他领域只要用心研究，相信也一定可以借鉴来用，这就需要做的人自己动脑子思考了。
