少做分析多测试
认准一个项目，先干了再说。别一开始就各种大量的分析判断，以我的经验来看，做大量的分析判断压根不准确，还会导致你联想到各种问题，负面，从而阻止你的行动，啥都做不好。我的建议是大致分析之后觉得能干，就行动。
昨天有一个粉丝来找我，说彬哥，个人备案的网站是不是不能有评论登录功能啊，我说是有这样的说法，个人备案不能有评论功能，但是登录功能没有听说，我说你先干吧，很多个人备案的依旧有评论功能，并没有让整改，结果这位粉丝还在纠结于评论和登录……
说句不好听的网站能不能做起来还是一回事，只要想好变现途径就开始干吧，遇到问题再解决问题。方法有的是。 我很喜欢王通老师的一句话，不是谁牛逼了谁干，是谁干了谁牛逼。大家少做分析，多测试!
完成大于完美
就拿自媒体来说吧，很多人想着干短视频，都是等着准备好了再干，天天想着我学会拍摄剪辑，我就开始干，都想着要完美，其实再给你一年时间准备，你依然会觉得你不完美。所以认准了一件事，干就对了，我们人是不可能做到百分百完美的。
就比如我自己吧，一年前打算重新做个公众号IP，结果天天想着我学会写作了再干，结果准备了一年我还是觉得自己不行，现在彻底醒悟了，正是因为自己写不好，才要现在立刻马上去写，写多了，自然也就越来越好。任何东西不是你看了多少书籍课程就能成的，要多去做。
大家要明白完成大于完美。觉得行就干，不然等你准备好了黄花菜都凉了。
远离打击你的傻逼
每个阶段都有傻逼在唱衰项目，说XX项目不行了，别干了。一定要远离这种傻逼。就比如公众号，16年开始就有人在唱衰，但最近一两年重新起号，做得好的还不是一大把。再比如网站，N年前就有人唱衰网站SEO不行了，结果现在靠网站赚钱的还比比皆是。之前听一个老哥讲，原话忘记了，大概意思就是看到好多人唱衰真TM高兴，最好大家都别干了吧，把流量留给我们这些人。
再举个例子吧，比如淘宝买虚拟资源，13年就做烂的玩意，现在还一堆人在培训……所以不是项目不行，是你的圈子傻逼太多!
100%成功的心态
既然打算做这个项目，自然就要有100%的信心，非要把它干成不可。很多人做公众号短视频，恨不得今天的作品，明天就成爆款。搞没几天就开始怀疑人生。说句不好听的，你想着老天爷赏饭吃呢?能一开始搞出爆款的人有多少?这就好比如买彩票，概率小得可怜，不可能你今天做了，明天就起来。
这也就是傻子为什么能赚钱，因为他只会傻傻干，而很多自认为很聪明的人，逼钱没赚到!
不要天天想着走捷径，没有捷径可走。不然你就会当一辈子韭菜!就比如去年很火的SEO培训，这个人是谁我就不说了，吹的多牛逼，新站白帽手法一年权重8，大家以为他是大牛，但是人家没有告诉你，他干了十年的SEO前面都没赚到钱，之所以能那么快起站，是因为这么多年来他成功养了一个高权重的站点，然后再用那个高权重的站点全站给新站导外链……
