但只会培训的培训群，100%会被骂割韭菜。
前两天有个小哥跟我吐槽，说自己花了2800报了个闲鱼培训班，感觉自己被坑了。
我问他，是课程不好么?
他说，不是。
我问他，是服务不好么?
他说，也不是。
我继续问，那为什么觉得自己被坑了?
他说，就是觉得很不值!
不知道你有没有类似的经历。
课程也好，服务也不差，但还是会觉得自己被割韭菜了!
认真看完这篇文章，你一定会对“培训”有不一样的认知。
1.大多数培训搞错了重点，这是被割的根源
有没有“被割韭菜”，主要在于自己感觉值不值!
这个感觉是没错的，不能怪付费的人太挑剔。
感觉是好是坏，取决于有没有满足目标期望。
就跟看电影一样，花50看了一场好片，一点也不觉得亏;但花9.9看一部烂片，肯定会觉得浪费时间浪费钱。
大多数培训班都把重点搞错了，他们以为课程好，服务好，就肯定超值。
事实上，站在用户角度，这是很错误的定位。
课程好，服务好，这固然很重要，但这不是最重要的。
最重要的是交付感，交付感不是培训教了你多少东西，而是你觉得自己得到了多少东西。
培训教的，不一定是你得到的。
基于这一点，我们再回头看那位感觉被坑的小哥，应该如何优化，才不会让他觉得自己被割韭菜了?
是新增课程内容么?把每个操作细节更完善。
是优化服务么?不停地问他学会了没，还有哪里不懂。
当然不是，这些都是于事无补的。
做培训的人有时也觉得自己很无辜，我这么努力备课、讲课、服务，为啥你还骂我割韭菜?
并不是课程不行，课程的知识点无非就那几个，而是搞错了培训的重点。
他要的其实很简单，他花2800的目的就一个——在闲鱼赚到钱!
要给他制定计划，逼他行动起来，有参与感，并且赚到钱，哪怕是一两百。
只有这种成就感，才能满足他的目标期望。
就像参加减肥训练营一样，他们要的不是正确的理论，科学的方法，他们要的就是成功瘦下来。
哪怕你在过程中不停折磨他、逼他运动、不让他吃饭……
只要他瘦下来了，他不仅不会觉得自己被坑了，甚至还会感谢你。
培训的重点搞错了，他教给你很多，但你实际得到的却很少，与目前期望完全不符。这是被割的根源!
2.好的培训，应该是什么样的?
王叔见过优质的培训班也不多，仅以我个人见识举例说说，真正有用的培训应该是什么样的。
比如做抖音训练营，开课前就给训练营定一个目标：
超过10%的人，粉丝过10万;
超过50%的人，粉丝过5万;
超过80%的人，粉丝过1万。
以结果为导向，整个训练期间都是朝这个目标去努力。
而后讲方法，讲操作，并布置作业，检查作业，日日打卡，设置奖励与惩罚措施。
例如：
每天必须搜集10条优质素材;
每天必须制作1-3个作品;
每天必须复盘总结;
……
完成有奖，完不成有罚。
认真执行100天，开头定的目标，大概率是能完成的。
那还有20%的人没拿到结果怎么办呢?
这就不能怪别人割韭菜了，毕竟大部分人都拿到了结果。
这才是我理想中的训练营，不仅仅是讲师一个人自说自话，更重要的是帮助学员拿到结果，甚至是逼他们拿到结果。
你拿着鞭子让他涨到10万粉，绝对没有人会骂你是割韭菜!
但市面上大多数培训班，尤其是线上培训班，都打着“知识付费”的旗号，真的就是为几个知识点付费。
一方面，可能是没有意识到搞错了培训重点;
另一方面，可能就不想把自己搞这么累，凭啥你赚钱还要我来逼，而大多数人又缺少执行力。
两者一结合，被割韭菜就成了大概率事件!
3.避免被割，得想清楚自己在为什么付费?
一手知识很贵;
但二手知识很廉价。
拿闲鱼举例，第一个研究出闲鱼赚钱的人，这份信息差是非常值钱的，他收费十万八万都很正常。
但市面上已经到处充斥着各种闲鱼玩法，免费的资料都一大把，仍要花2800去买，这就是自己搞错了定位。
在付费之前，一定要想清楚，自己到底是要一份课程，还是要一份结果!
如果是要课程，这份课程值2块8，还是值2千8?
如果是要结果，培训过程是不是以结果为导向，有没有相应的机制逼你行动起来?有没有做好拿出强执行力的准备?
学习本身是件很痛苦的事情，从来没有听几节课就能融会贯通的好事。
既然是来参加培训，就要做好受折磨的准备。
对于培训班而言，不会折磨人的培训，不是好的培训。
写这篇文章，主要是让大家对自己的付费有个清醒的认识。
