通过这个方式制作封面需要满足两个条件：
已开通视频号；
视频号获得过10个赞
没开通视频号的直接申请就好了，然后随便发布个视频，找人点10个赞
上述工作完成后，点击上面的红包封面制作链接，开始制作
也不需要手绘图，ps技术等，在视频号上传一张照片就可以了
通过这个方式制作红包封面不能直接选择相册里面的图
需要先在视频号上发布照片，然后通过红包封面选择该图片
先打开视频号，点击发表视频，选择一张照片，点击发表即可
然后点开红包制作链接，选择发表的那张图片就行了
